Principal's Message
Aboriginal Lord’s Prayer.
You are our Father, You live in Heaven
We talk to You, Father, You are good.
We believe Your Word, Father, we Your children.
Give us bread today.
We have done wrong, we are sorry.
Help us Father, not to sin again.
Others have done wrong, to us
And we are sorry for them, Father today.
Stop us from doing wrong, Father.
Save us all from the evil one.
You are our Father, You live in Heaven.
We talk to You, Father, You are good.

NAIDOC Week celebrations are held across Australia each July to celebrate the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. NAIDOC is celebrated not only in Indigenous communities, but by Australians from all walks of life. It is an opportunity for all Australians to come together to celebrate the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait people.
This year’s theme is:
“Heal Country, Heal Our Nation”
Uniform Surveys
If you have not as yet filled out the uniform survey could you please give it some thought over the holidays and return it by the end of the first week back so that the committee can meet and discuss the results. If you would like to be on the committee and haven’t let the office know could you please do so also by the end of Week 1.
Morning Supervision
Just a reminder that morning supervision doesn’t commence until 8:30. We have a growing number of students arriving of a morning before 8:00 which is making it very crowded in the office foyer.
As we come to the end of another busy term, I would like to thank the staff for their care of the students and each other, and for the extra things they do every day to make school a happy place. We wish Mrs Norman all the best as she makes the move over to St. Paul’s. Hopefully we will see Ms Rice here for a few days as a casual teacher before she gets too used to enjoying her free time and travels.
We wish you all a happy break from routine over the next couple of weeks. If you are able to travel somewhere warmer over the break, enjoy it, although COVID has put a dampener on many holiday plans yet again.
